Oakland - down 9.0% - 831 homes
Lapeer - down 7.0% to 53 homes

Total Sales:
Lapeer - down 4.2% to 91 homes      Oakland - down 11.4% - 1,316 homes

Median Sales Price-Foreclosure:
Lapeer - up 65.4% - $80,200      Oakland - down 16.3% to $57,100

Median Sales Price-Non-Foreclosure:
Oakland - down 1.4% to $145,000      Lapeer - up 29.5% - $123,000

Average Days on Market:
Lapeer - 107 days      Oakland - 106 days

On market inventory continues to decline, the last time inventory was lower than this, December 2005. Average days on market decreases. When comparing 2010 to 2009 sales, it's important to remember that 2009 sales hit record level. Sales for this month are still higher than those from November 04 thru 08.
