Passed My Broker's Test

By
Real Estate Agent with Kim Wilbourn Realty
On Saturday September 8,2007 I took my Broker's Test and PASSED! I was so nervous about taking it. I kept trying to study for it, but it was hard for me to concentrate on it. I am glad it is over with it, and I hope I don't have to take anymore tests for awhile. I wanted to get this in before the rules changed as of October 1, 2007. I was getting worried about getting my exam date because it was so full. At least it is over now, and I can breath now!

Congratulations, I am sure it is a great relief for you. I don't know about AL but NJ was tough. I am getting ready to take my PA broker's exam.

YAY KIM!!!!Congratulations! I know you are on the way to a happy and prosperous career in real estate! You will see that real estate school is just like any other kind. You won't need a lot of what you learned in order to pass the test and you will need to know lots of stuff that they didn't teach you in school!

Best of Luck! Lania

Thank You! It was not as hard as I thought it was going to be. Alot of it I remembered from taking my Real Estate exam. I left about 8 questions to come back to at the end which was all math problems. I got frustrated and just started marking answers. If all else fails pick C!!!

That is so true! I will never forget when I was in Real Estate school they don't tell you how much money that will be involved after you pass your test.

Kim,

Congratulations! I can only imagine how great that must feel!  I'm scheduled for my Salesperson's exam on Wednesday and I've been studying constantly and when I'm not studying, I'm stressing about studying!  Best wishes to you, Kim...

Congratulations!  In CA, they just changed to renew rules to include a risk management course.  So, i had to retake the entire course sequence with one that included the risk management.  Sure was a pain, but a good refresher course none the less...

As of October 1,2007 the rules will change. You will be required to have 60 hours of prelicense school just like getting your Real Estate License.
