Can you provide the bank owned/REO vs. Private Owner sale data?  It would be really helpful to have an idea of how much the foreclosure data is impacting the price and/or days on market.

Yes, I can provided REO vs. Private Owner data and thanks for the GREAT suggestion! I will ammend this post before the New Year and start including that data in my monthly reports from now on.
