NAR Announces Globalization of REALTOR.com
Anything that comes from the NAR is great information that we should keep up to date on. Their website has really helped me in my business
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) announced that REALTOR.com will expand its services to cover interntional markets and include translation services to draw even more international visits to its website.
International Buyers spend $66 Billion in real estate transactions in the USA annually. Presently, more than 570,000 visit REALTOR.com every month from non-domestic locations.
The global aspect of REALTOR.com will also afford US buyers the opportunity to shop for international properties and find agents in many countries who can help them with international transations. Many overseas national real estate associations are already members of NAR.
The new website will also afford US home sellers overseas exposure.
