Could not possible be happier anywhere else!

By
Real Estate Agent with Century21 Sunland

I cant tell you how many letters, post cards, calls...come join our office....actually...are you happy at ypur office?  Who wouldnt be?  I have been a licensed agent for just over a year, I have 20 current listings, my 4th closing is scheduled for next week, in this market, 4 is good.  I have been busy with rentals, and I have so much coming up that my head is spinning!  I can honestly say, looking at each listing, rental, sale, that my office, my broker, the continuing eduacation, support, had absolutly been the difference!  WHY WOULD I GO ANYWHERE ELSE?  I have support, I know my Broker has my back, and I trust each agent at the office, I hear stories, it is not pleasant.

As for sellers, looking to list..why would you go anywhere else.  One of the top offices in Palm Beach County, with many of the top agents as well.  ( My goal is to become one of them!)  How nice it is by the way, to know they will help me get there!  Service, support, results!  And we can PROVE it.

I am so happy I am where I am .  Growing, learning, I look forward to the next 10 years, and I am certain I will remain an integral part of the Century21 Sunland Team!

Lake Charleston, Nautica Isles, Acreage, Smith Farm, Winston Trails, Smithbrooke, Le Chalet, Journeys End, Lees Crossing, Springhill, Brentwood Lakes, Lakes of Sherbrooke.  I hope to expand in these areas, in knowledge, service, presence.

And you are going to sell all of them before this year runs out. Don't leave. If you are getting everything you want out of your office, then you should stay there and grow into one of the top producing real estate agents in your office. Great post.

Robbie,

I feel the same way about my broker.  I get so many unsolicited calls and emails from people wanting me to hang my license with them.  It's starting to get annoying.  Congrats with your success!
