They have many cats and dogs for adoption and today, I even saw a dog or two that is being given away. There are plenty of dogs which look like they have pit bull in them. I'm not a fan, I'm sorry. But they do have those sad "adopt me" looks that are so hard to walk away from.
Today I found a little creature that is absolutely perfect or should I say purrrrrrfect. Sorry for the punn, I just couldn't help myself. I found a Himalayan cat approximately 2 years old. She is very small and very adorable. I think that she will make an awsome cat. As soon as I struck my hand into her cage, she started to lick me and purr. She is smoky gray with dark gray accents and she has light blue eyes. Her face is smooched, but that is not her fault, she was born with it. This kitty looks like she's been spayed recently and her adoption is a reasonable $100.
I took this soft kitty into a room to see how she behaves. She doesn't mind being held, a big plus. She patted at the toy mouse, that tells me she is playfull. She did not resist when I turned her on her back and biggest test of all, I groomed her and she actually allowed me to do that. Amazing!
For me to do all these things to her as a stranger, put her in the desirable for adoption category. And if you see this video and fall in love with her.
