what you think about time management, this is a hard one to master personally; i always have struggle

with this one seems like there are just not suffient hours in the day to do what i need to do, i kind of had

system when i was in the mortgage business but it kind of went out the door when i became a Realtor

i am trying to right down what i have to do on Sundays for every day of the week .

thanks

Seriously, Roul, I do struggle with time management, too - but have found little ideas that is helping me a bit (like marking my calendars for appointments, calls etc.)

Thanks for the post Raoul.. seems we all struggle with Time Management..What has helped me is bloking of time for your most important tasks and complete it during that blocked time... I try to block of 9-11 am everyday to finish my lead generations and lead follow ups... I also keep noon for lunch dialy!  and it really helps me stay focused for the day. I try to get home by 6,

It's not about "Time Management", but rather about "Self Management".  We each have 24 hours per day - no more, no less;  so, it's not about managing the time.

Successful people get things done because of discipline, commitment, tenacity, and belief.

Challenge:  Record what you are doing every 15 minutes for an entire week (I use a personal shorthand to record repeated actions such as sleep, dinner, etc.).  Left-brainers - look at the percentages; right-brainers - chart it.

From this, allow yourself your pleasures, but be specific about the time commitment for each task.  And most of all, include yourself in your schedule!
