Day 29 of the 31 Days of December Challenge

Today was a mixed day to say the least..  Finally getting throught the maze that you might call transactions on these two VA loans.  It's a lending two step.. but we're about to finish our dance.  One of them has actually gone pretty smoothly, the other one has had issues that should not have been issues... buyers sometimes can cause that.

The granddaughters are still here, they go home Friday morning.  Answered a lot of emails and phone calls.  Made a time on the scedule to go over our 5 year plan.  It's time to look ahead to the next 5 years and set some goals and then break that down into yearly goals.

I'm still the yellowbook pages for the area.. due to localism blog posts..   Today I was Brinkley's Auctions and I was the Raymond Gary Lake Management.

Wrote two other blog posts today... seems I'm always exceeding my 10 per week...

Hope you had a productive day today!  Looking forward to 2011!

Hi Judi, you did have a productive day!  Don't you just love being the "yellow pages" - even if sometimes they call on you at inopportune times?  Have a happy New Year!

Judi, I know what you mean about "issues that should not have been issues... buyers sometimes can cause that", I have one of those right now.  This Borrower is causing needless work for me and himself because he just does not listen.  I as for something and he gives me what he feels is good enough.  Well these days good enough is not good enough.  I think he is finally understanding that.

Another productive day which is good considering how late in the yr it is.  Good to think ahead for 5 yrs.  And, good to be getting at least 10 posts a week up.  I'm above mine as well.

A 5 year plan?  WOW!  Our market changes so quickly that I have learned only to do quarterly plans so I can move with the market.

Renee - Our 5 year plan is where we want to be at in 5 years.. in terms of assets owned, resources set aside for retirement etc.  then we break into yearly plans to makeit more achieveable........it's not a marketing plan.  :)
