The December Challenges . . . Keeping the Christmas Spirit and Working to Maintain The Business

On the fifth day of Christmas,
my true love sent to me
Five golden rings,
Four calling birds,
Three French hens,
Two turtle doves,
And a partridge in a pear tree.

The first Five Books of the Old Testament, known as the Torah or the Pentateuch:  1) Genesis, 2) Exodus, 3) Leviticus, 4) Numbers, and 5) Deuteronomy, which gives the history of humanity's sinful failure and God's response of grace in the creation of a people to be a light to the world.

Day 29

Today was a day of chasing my sellers to get new listing agreements signed for the New Year. I want to make sure that I have a continuation of good flow.

Ed looks like you new year will be off to a good start.  Just illustrates how important it is to work during the month of December.

Ed, I am impressed, that was an excellent summation of what the first five books of the Old Testament are about.

Ed,

I have to echo George on the summation you gave. And as you know, I am not one easily impressed, especially in an area which is one of my specialties.

On another note, getting listings in before the New Year is always a good sign.

Ed, I won't make it as thought, but that is ok. Not to worry though, I have plans...

You are one busy beaver.... I spent yesterday cleaning my desk... more to do today. Ordered post cards to send out for next year. Always feels good to clear the clutter!

Very impressed with your post.  I have bookmarked and will go back later and get some motivation from you! Today, I'm going to the Music City Bowl!  Go VOLS!

Joan, I have had a great deal to address this month so as to maintain my business for 2011

George, it's not that I am excessively devout, but I do have some knowledge. After all, I have to be more than just a pretty face!

Hannah, it's something we all need to do, unless of course we have full time jobs, which I do, I call it being a real estate agent.

William, see my response to George. I'm not getting new listings so much as resigning them on the listing agreement.

Andrea, yes I am busy, but it will settle down a bit in a few days

Cindy, good luck to Tennessee this week. Our UConn Huskies make history against Oklahoma on Saturday
