31 Days Of December Challenge Update For The 29th

Update for December 29th -

Spent some quality time in The Homefinding Center today after visiting one of my client's homes (a listing of mine) to get a few updated photos.  Only one walk-in today (looking for a rental).  Still working on a few marketing items for the new year (sorry... my little secret... the competition is tracking).

Renegotiating with IndyMac (they try to pay me only 5% everytime I process a short sale with them)... when will they learn that Homey Don't Play Dat.  Sometimes it takes a couple additional weeks, but once they know your position isn't negotiable, they realize paying the contracted commission is the best option they have available.
