I wish I could say that I loved 2010. However it was a tough year for Short Sale Bank Approvals. Over 50% of our approved short sales were sabotage by the banks. Why they do this stupidity I will never know. Banks lost on my deals alone over $300,000.00 had they worked the short sale approval. Still we had one of the best years on record!

I now know why our banks are in such disrepair. I can't believe the idiots (monkeys) that I have had to deal with this past year or two - who are employed by the banks. Can you breath? Then come work for us and handle peoples misfortunes, if you can't think, then you won't feel bad when these people lose their house.
