New Year's Resolutions: Santa Rosa Property Manager
Ah yes, that time of year again. Here's my list:
1. Answer the phone with a smile on your face (and love in your heart?)
2. Be helpful to ALL no matter what. (Yes, even though they ask stupid questions and you want to scream)
3. Assume everyone is telling you the truth; Big One!
4. Know that: All is right in the Universe and you will be Prosperous in 2011, (no matter what the naysayers would have you believe. LIFE is GOOD.)
