Reflecting another tough year in real estate, Reynoldsburg Ohio has had another year of rising inventory and falling sales prices.
The good news is that the number of homes for sale this year only increased slightly with homes for sale the year before. The best news of the year is that although the average sales price for homes fell again this year, it only fell slightly as compared to the past few years. This would seem to indicate that the home prices are nearly stabilized.

The end of the tax credit led to a decrease in active buyers and an increase to the average Days on Market at the tail end of the year. Homes that sold were on average getting 95% to 98% of their asking price.

Sale prices stayed fairly stable showing some fluctuation at the end of the year due in part to the end of the tax credit and the rise in inventory at the tail end of the year.
