Homes in Lambeth, 2010 Comparisons
2010 proved to be an active real estate market in Lambeth, a neighbourhood in south west London, with 117 houses selling versus 92 in 2009.
The average selling price for a home in Lambeth this year was $366,609 which was 98% of the asking price and in 2009 the average asking price for a home in Lambeth was $341, 340.
Condos in Lambeth for 2010 sold at an average price of $411,120 and there were 5 of them and in 2009, 3 sold at an average price of $299, 544.
Present listings vary from as low as $194,000 up to $866,000 which really explains the diversity of Lambeth and basically two neighbourhoods, one in 'downtown Lambeth' and the other what I call the Outer Drive neighbourhood.
