The Power of Past Customers!

Nothing like a good reminder that referrals are the lifeline of our business. After delivering pies for Christmas to my best customers, I received two calls from past customers referring me new customers. 

Remember, keeping in touch and staying in touch is a great reminder to your past customers that you're still in the business and willing to go the extra mile for their friends and family.

Make 2011 a great year!

I agree 100% Jen. It's so important to keep in contact with past customers. They, (usually), like & respect you, and will use you again if you don't disappear from their lives.
