The list below consists of homes, condominiums and 2-4 unit properties which were taken back by the banks on Tuesday December 28, 2010 at the scheduled Trustee Sale, and are now officially "Bank Owned Foreclosures" also known as "REO Properties."  

Over the next few months the banks will begin to place these properties on the market for sale as an active listing with a broker.

Lots of Condos in CA.  Is financing hard to obtain on these properties?

Hello Tim,  Good question. An article had come out last month stating that many of the already approved FHA condo communities had yet to update their documents with FHA. Which meant they, the condo community, could loose their ability to have access to FHA financing.

Overall I have not heard any real negative news among my fellow peers regarding this topic.
