It is the end of the year and I want to take this time to say "THANK YOU" to all the agents that I have had the privilege of working with this year. I can honestly say not one of them was differcult to deal with. Some of them had a bad day once in a while but who hasn't.
We worked together to close the transactions and understood when things weren't going according to plans. Yes, several of the homes were short sales and it take patients for everyone to be understanding. We want to help the client so picking on each other does no one any good.
My only hope for 2011 is that I have as good or a better year than 2010 and that I get to work with as many professional agents as I did this year.
Remember to be patient, curtious, professional and "treat others as you would like to be treated".
