I guess this book is recommended for reading if you want to learn how to make money work for you. I guess I am just a little skeptic as I do not fully understand the concept and hence would like to hear from all of you who are better in investing and savings.

It's a Good Life and I am never too busy for any of your referrals

I did read it ... love the concept.  If you want to save yourself from reading this monster of a book ... keep your equity out of your home. Brilliant.  The book - overkill.

Saying that the crux of the book is "equity harvesting" is completely misleading.  The Missed fortune concepts are actually against separating equity if not done correctly.  Please read the book, it's worth the time as there are many doing it wrong, screwing it up for the rest of us doing it right.  The book teaches the right way, as well as where to put your money so it's in a safe secure place (A-AAA insured), liquid, and earning a rate of return of 7,8, or 9% TAX FREE.  Yes, I said tax free.  Here are some youtube video links for a few of the concepts covered, but not all:

Thanks Greg. I just got the CD and will be listening to them in my car while driving. Have you followed this saving program?
