Put down on paper exactly what you want, do not worry about how you are going to get it. When you are done with that, figure out how much this will cost. Ok, now take that cost and divide by average commission dollar rec'd over the past 12 months. I can go on and on, but breaking it down to the number of prospecting calls a day, and then achieving those goals will make sure you achieve all the things you want to achieve. Good Luck.
