Arvada Colorado is a small city with a historic town center about midway between Denver and Boulder.

The Pond neighborhood consists of about 600 homes, of mixed styles. There is an HOA, which has been active since the neighborhood's inception in the 1970s.  The Pond is at Arvada's north border, south of 88th Ave., and east of Kipling.
