Negotiated a contract on one of my listings New Years Eve - didn't mind one bit that I had to abandon my plans. Showing a buyer right now that will likely write an offer this week. A new listing fell into my lap today and I had a call this afternoon for a listing appointment.
This will work! Hope we can all experience more business opportunities coming our way this year so that we can all not only make a better living for our families but help the economy get back on the right track!
