Virtual Assistants - What we do and why you need us!


First of all, Happy New Year Rainers! I'm excited - are you? As we start this new decade (AWESOME!) - I thought I'd sort of sum up what we, Virtual Assistants, actually do and how we provide an invaluable service.

So far - most every REALTOR who has contacted me has been at their wits end. They're frustrated. Technology has entered this industry with a gusto - and if you don't keep up to date - it can quickly leave you in the dust. I find a majority of the work that I do is sharing my knowledge. INVALUABLE.

STAYING ON TRACK OF TECHNOLOGY - Leave it to me to stay on track with innovative marketing ideas and changes in Social Networking trends, etc. That's what we do and our job is to keep current. Your job is to get out there and do what you do best. SELL REAL ESTATE!

YOUR MARKETING LOOKS PROFESSIONAL - I see a lot of agents who are very proud of their 'do it yourself' marketing efforts. You SHOULD be proud! BUT - it's time to pass this on to a professional. You're selling one of the most expensive products in the world - how does your marketing piece compare with other expensive products currently on the market? The home you're selling most likely is worth more than a luxury car - yet the auto industry pays HUGE bucks for their marketing campaigns. Perception is everything in this business - wouldn't it make sense to upgrade a little? Sometimes a few simple tweaks coupled with some HIGH RES (blurry pics are my pet peeve) images is all that it takes to take your Real Estate marketing to the next level.

COST EFFECTIVE - Okay - here's where you will most likely have your 'AHAH!' moment. Pay for only what you need. What this means is that you no longer need an assistant 24/7. I have one client who was paying over 50K for his assistant - he now pays out a few grand a year. You can promise the world to your client - and only when you sign up that new listing up do you need to spend the money on an Virtual Assistant to follow through on those promises.

EFFICIENT - Get things done faster - we are efficient in what we do. Changes to your website that would take all day - literally get done in a fraction of the time. And with a lot less headache as well.

NO TRAINING - There's absolutely no training needed - if anything - I'll be training YOU! (Don't worry - I'll go easy on you!)

IT MAKES YOU LOOK GOOD - So - by employing my services, you can now make a grand statement to your clients - you have a 'Marketing Specialist' who takes care of all of your marketing. Now if that doesn't make you a Rockstar REALTOR, I don't know what does.

It just makes sense. It REALLY makes sense.

So to summarize: 8 years of Real Estate Experience with a super glue grasp of technology - having a Virtual Assistant on your team just makes sense.  It's cost effective, you have all of the tech knowledge you could possibly need, AND you have another member of your team. Sounds like a good deal to me! What do you think?
