The Demand for Infrared Home Inspections Continue to Grow Among Utah Home Buyers

Utah Infrared home inspections continue to solve problems, save money, uncover hidden defects, and give home buyers confidence in their investment decisions. Without a doubt, Infrared Home Inspections have proven to provide the most advanced and in-depth home inspection available.

Many Real Estate Agents still remain on the fence with the decision of recommending Infrared Home Inspectors to their clients. Does this mean some Real Estate Agent just don't care? Not necessarily. Infrared Technology is releatively new in the Real Estate industry and not all Agents have been directly exposed to the capabilities of High Powered Infrared Cameras.

Every single week throughout 2010, we at Power Check and Utah Infrared Inspections were able to gain the confidence and future referrals of atleast 1-3 new Real Estate Agents. Throughout 2011, we at Utah Infrared will continue to attend Real Estate Trade Shows, Real Estate Agencies, Home Shows, Insurance Companies, and other places where we can continue to expose the public to the benefits provided by Infrared Home Inspections.

With the continued growth of Infrared Home Inspectors and clients, it's fair to assume that within 5-7 years all home inspectors will use an Infrared Camera just as all Dentists use an X-ray.

There are many "moving parts" that go into the purchase of a home.  Each with their own costs.  The inspection is a critical component!
