How much do I spend on that listing?

Ok so I have worked hard to get the listing and I did.Ordinarily one should be excited because listings typically equal a sale right? Well that depends. So the work really starts. Yu create a website for the listing which then translates into about 15 free sites (AS LONG AS YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY USE IT. This is my strategy). I send out "Just Listed" postcards to about 100 homeowners; I also create hgh quality flyers and place them in th eproperty. I have had one open house. After 3 weeks with no activity, We drop the price 10k. Customer is now getting desperate but realtor has spent over $150 on property that they have had for only 1 month. s this too much or not enough?

 At what point do you stop spending? What other spending ideas are there? When is it too much? Is it enough?
