Zillow issues anyone?
I've been a member of Zillow for about a year, and have noticed a lot of strange and inconsistent things. I have been getting a lot of leads from it, but a lot of times my response to emails goes unanswered. Or, I will respond to the phone number, which is never returned, or a bad number. Then, the link to the property they are inquiring about is either a property that was sold years ago, expired a long time ago, no price, or ridiculously low price. And, when I get my monthly Zillow report that shows the number of hits, some properties have no hits, while others show something crazy like 37,000 hits. Therefore, I do not trust any information given on Zillow.
Have any of you had similar issues???
