2011 is going to be Your Greatest Year yet - Despite the changes in guidelines, rules, & regulations - Remember, this is going to weed out the amateurs in our industry from Real Estate to mortgage financing to title insurance as well as inspectors, appraisers, etc etc... with that in mind - Always remember: (maybe this is more appropriate for your buyers / sellers) *If you think hiring a professional is expensive, wait till you hire an amateur.
2011 we are growing here at Franklin Title Agency as we've hired new processors, short sale negotiation help, and bought / renovating a 6,000 + sq ft building to move our headquarters into this April. We thank you for all your support, your business, and of course your relationship with our staff in getting us to this point much quicker than we planned.
2011, it's a Great Opportunity right now as we start the year to start thinking about sponsorship openings for you and your business. There are some great organizations out there to really get your name out there in front potential clients & referral partners all while supporting a great cause. Below are some events and organizations to start planning for:
- WCR - Women's Council of Realtors *not just for women (There are many local chapters all with Golf outings, monthly luncheons, mixers, & events, & of course annual holiday parties which all need sponsors) For more info please contact me ASAP & I can line you up with your local chapter's contact.
- YPN - Young (Real Estate) Professionals Network of Michigan (We have some great events planned for 2011 giving you maximum exposure to some of the greatest up & coming stars in all of Michigan Real Estate.
- ACS - American Cancer Society's Relay for Life this May with thousands in attendance lock in your sponsorship now getting exposure not only the all day & night event but, on the website, mailers, handouts, and announcements as well. I am also looking for cancer survivors as the Survivorship Chair for this May.
- Boys & Girls Clubs - Annual Steak & Burger Dinner Event in April (Franklin Title Agency is a big sponsor for this event) which is our largest event of the year at The Meadowbrook Mansion followed by the Oakland Center as well as our 2nd largest event which is the annual Golf Outing in August. This is a great way to get the best exposure in front of major corporations & companies like Chrysler, Great Lakes Crossing, and Oakland University as well as the hundreds in attendance.
2011 is the year of Social Media in terms of Marketing & Branding. If you say "I don't have the time for that"- In 2010 I grew my business by 37% simply by implementing FREE social media a few minutes a day from my Blackberry & a my office in between appointments. It is the easiest & cheapest way to get your name & your brand out there to potential clients.
