Not only is the weather temperate and mild all year long here in Northern California, but there are plenty of entertainment options to keep residents occupied and amused. For those who enjoy going to see movies, El Dorado Hills does not disappoint. They offer two different movie theaters in close proximity. A beautiful one is the Palladio 16 Cinemas in the next town of Folsom. The Palladio is a gorgeous movie theater that is so upscale that its snack bar serves Gelato Italian styled ice cream. The seating is all stadium laid out and offers very good viewing wherever one sits. Spacious comfortable individual theaters are a hallmark of the Palladio.

Closer to home in El Dorado Hills is the Regal El Dorado Hills Stadium 14. This is another well maintained theater complex that is kept extremely clean. It offers high quality image and sound in the movies that are shown. The employees are very polite here.

El Dorado Hills Musical and Dinner Theaters
El Dorado also has some performing arts venues to offer residents. The El Dorado Musical Theater showcases high quality performers and among the best stage sets in the region. The tickets are a great value.

The Garbeau's Dinner Theater a short drive from El Dorado Hills puts on fine dinner plays. The food and service are excellent and the entertaining shows are high quality. Several different clubs make it a habit to attend the dinner theater here on a regular basis.

LaZerCity is an entertainment venue that stands out for both children and adults in El Dorado Hills. Here they offer laser tag for the more grown up. For the children, they have bounce houses and many different kinds of arcade games. Birthday parties thrown here are handled from start to finish by the helpful staff.

El Dorado Hills Rodeo
Most everyone will enjoy going out for a night at the Folsom Rodeo. As cosmopolitan as Northern California may be, there is still room for some authentic wild west action that comes complete with bulls, cowboys, and bucking broncos. The western themed entertainment here is found at Folsom City Park in the Dan Russel Arena on the long weekend of the Fourth of July. This is a cultural experience and a unique treat that is not to be missed.
