The historic Bradbury Building in Los Angeles, California was built in 1893 by Lewis L. Bradbury.
Mr. Bradbury was a mining millionaire. He became a real estate developer later in life.
The Bradbury Building is located at 304 South Broadway in Downtown Los Angeles. This amazing building features an Italian Renaissance Revival design. There are elevators that are cage elevators in the building and are made of wrought iron grillwork instead of masonry.
The building itself features geometric patterned staircases throughout the entire building.
The Bradbury Building was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1977.
Today the Bradbury Building is occupied as an office building.
