A Win-Win-Win Approach To Real Estate Marketing Coaching

Yesterday, I wrote about the dilemma interfering with the planned development of my real estate marketing coaching services.

As attractive and exciting as was the opportunity to help real estate professionals with real estate marketing coaching, the existing coaching model presents three problems:

1. Those who will benefit most cannot pay the fees

2. The client sssumes all of the risk

3. The coach 'owns' the new ideas developed during the coaching

I have resolved the dilemma with a win-win-win solution.

As a coach, I will win by having the opportunity of working with motivated people.

My clients will win because this solution offers a more balanced approach to the real estate marketing coaching relationship.

And if you have any interest whatsoever in real estate marketing, you will also win.

1. Deferred Payments

To make he coaching more accessible to those people who will benefit most from the coaching, I will defer 80% of the fees until the coaching generates results.

The regular monthly fee for real estate marketing coaching is $450 USD.

If you sign up for a minimum of 3 months, you will pay only $90 USD per month.

The balance of the fee will be deferred until you receive your commission on the first new client that you generate after starting the coaching.

The payment of only $90 per month helps ensure your commitment. Most people are more committed to a process when they have money on the line. Invariably, free service reduces if not totally eliminates the participants' commitments.

By deferring the bulk of the fee until the coaching generates results, I am sharing whatever risk there may be in the coaching.

Also, by receiving the bulk of my fee when results are achieved, there is a higher incentive for me to do whatever I can to help you succeed.

 

2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to deferring payments, I have added 2 guarantees to the real estate marketing coaching:

  1. If at any time, you are not satisfied with the coaching services, I will do whatever it takes to achieve a satisfactory outcome for you.
  2. After 12 coaching sessions, you will recover your coaching fees within 12 months of the last session. If however for some reason you do not recover your fees, I will return to you whatever portion of your fees remains uncovered.

In effect, these guarantees, reverse much of whatever risk there may be in the coaching process.

In assuming more of the risk, I will become more of a partner in the coaching process.

 

3. Sharing The Learning Experience

Whenever a client and I develop a new marketing technique or application, insight or observation, I will post it on my website.

Respecting the confidentiality of the coaching relationship, the posting will outline the new development.

Although there will be no name or other identifying information included, the client will know that he or she played a role in this new development.

In making these developments public, visitors to my website will be free to comment and even apply whatever development that my client and I came up with.

This input from site visitors can make a good idea even better, which in turn will help others improve their marketing and achieve more and better results.

Of course, clients can continue to benefit from enhancements to something that they have helped create.
