New Beginnings, January 2011, what is your plan?
I am beginning my year attending the Real Estate Staging Association Convention in Las Vegas January 23-25th. Last year was such a learning experience, with many people to meet, speakers with so much to offer. I walked away on overload.
This year I think I will be a little more focused on meeting up with all the stagers I have met through the year on Active Rain. It will be like a reunion of sorts. Can't wait to see you all.
We have each of our sellers have 1 hour of free staging consultation. We provide this for them and it is a win/win. Our staggers get to make a presentation and we are not the bad guys telling them what they need to do to their home to make it sell.

I have a feeling that this year is going to be quite educational for me as I plan on attending lots of new construction home tours to take in all the innovation in green construction and design.
