Using Mantras As Passwords
Passwords have become commonplace in securing our personal things on line. They are words and numbers that make sense to the individual user and are repeated day in and day out if one is on the Internet often.
A mantra when used in the traditional sense, is a word or a group of words that when used over and over can be considered to be transformative to one's well being. Mantras can help you focus on inner change or help you focus on a particular outcome, like "be happy" or "world peace".
Passwords are opportunities to use words not just for the sake of security but also as a reminder or a mantra. They are our creations and can be changed anytime.
Use a goal for the year as your password, then you will be reminded every time you login, that you want to be the "NUMBER1AGENT" in your office or the"fearless1" or ‘4everYOUNG".
Have a fun with your passwords, if you don't like it just create a new one! ("changeISg00d") -- Gloria
