Welcome to a humurous chapter in my life or is it really a challenge?

Adapting to technology is challenging at times and this is one of those times for me AR community.

It seems so simple to enter the Kodak Video Challenge this month, so I went to a lovely condo listed in metro Fort Lauderdale yesterday and popped out my Ultra HD Flip and proceeded to create my very first submission.  Good so far.  Meeting the criteria for 3 minutes as a virtual tour, introducing myself, providing a call to action to email or phone me to preview and/or make a bonafided offer.  Good is good enough right?

Wrong! omitted some serious selling points in video and proceeded to provide in text form under the video:

Seller lives in another state and has dramatically reduced the purchase price to $44,900

Low monthly maintenance fee $317 monthly

Low property taxes $1,250

Although obvious, neglected to tell the buyer it is a total remodel

Use as a getaway weekend retreat

no spaces - "activerain" on YouTube - I see no posts for this contest.  What I see are posts from 1, 2 and 3 years ago...nothing 2011!

I then space the 2 words "active rain" - and yes there are current posts...from 4 months ago...AND I suddenly realize I have paralysis once again when it comes to technology. I ask myself, does this mean no one has yet to enter the contest as yet? Self says go do some other productive work now and get back to this project tonight...points arent the same as revenue in my life.

I even get the part about the embedded html to insert into your blog post...so here it is:

Yesterday, when the lightbulb when on Realizing I omitted facts, I decided I would upload 2 additional videos the next day just with "the story" about both properties as submissions.  I even called the Seller to share my excitement and enthusiasm for my "Big Idea".

For those new to uploading videos...3 minutes can take 60 minutes plus.

Here comes the funny part...I was ready to post on Active Rain Facebook. I copy and pasted the code and it looked Chinese to me.  This option suddenly disappeared and went away.

I am blogging about it today and shall think about it tomorrow Scarlett.
