However, year to date there were 2,671 homes that sold compared to 2,605 homes that sold in 2009.
This is an increase of 2.53% and good news for the local market.
CONDOS FOR SALE
Total condos and townhomes that sold in December 2010 were 99 compared to 91 in December of 2009.
Total condos and townhomes that sold in 2010 were 865 compared to 797 in 2009.
This is an increase of 8.53% and excellent news for the local market.
LOTS
Only lots fell for the year with a 7.40% decrease in sales over same period last year.
