Columbia Neighborhood is quiet and primarily made up of many charater homes from the late 1800's to 1940's and 50's . This neighborhood is one of the older neighborhoods in Bellingham and the Columbia district has a strong sense of communtiy. It's difficult to drive through the area and not see Columbia residents out talking with each other. Being a relatively flat section of town, Columbia is a great neighborhood to walk and bike. Along the southwest end of Columbia lies Eldrige Avenue overlooking Bellingham Bay and many of Bellingham's Historic homes can be found along Eldridge and within a block or two. The homes in this area range from $164,500 to $849,500 and have an average price of $314,950. The median list price is $243,950.
