Moreno Valley Ranch Homes, are located in a beautiful new community located right at Interstate 215 and the 60 junction, making this community a great place for anyone needing access to and from these freeways.
Buying a brand new home is a such a fun experience, and buying a fully furnished model is really great, all you have to do is bring your suitcase! (And a refrigerator) in this case.
One of the things I love to do is locate Builder Close outs. Negotiating a great deal for my clients on these homes brings me great satisfaction. I've sold for the builders in the past and know how to get the most for my buyer's money.
Many times I can get builders will pay for closing costs, and offer extra incentives to my buyers!
