Thanks for the contest! I have really enjoyed Active Rain since I have become "active" again on it about a month ago. I have gone from 2,000 - 20,000 points pretty quickly. I am a mortgage banker in the DC Metro area and see way more realtors on here than lenders. I am guessing the mortgage information is appreciated and useful. I have been doing my videos for about 6 months now and have a great time doing them. I am OPEN to any topics you would want to see.
