Times have Changed! Ever since the new congress was elected it's been a new day for the American Economy. The fear of a collapse has been replaced with higher interest rates to head off the upcoming inflation. Inflation is the best friend for those that have their money invested as investment values rise as the dollar value drops.
The new Congress will stop the ridiculous thought of ending the mortgage write off and 30 % down payment to buy a home and replace this with consumer confidence, spending and banks loaning money once again. This is not a knock of one party or another, it points out how much we need balance in our Federal Government. One party controlling all branches of government is like being on the ocean with the rudder stuck on either side, left or right!
Wise consumers with the ability to buy will unload cash, borrow at a fixed low interest rate and buy homes sooner rather than later! Home owners that have been able to hold on to their homes and keep good credit scores will begin to be rewarded for their dilligence! Good times are just around the corner!
