Hank...I don't get it...How can you offer FREE Loan Modification Workshops? Nobody works for FREE!

This was the theme of a phone call recently from a potential client. My answer is in two parts.

Part One: I have developed a systematic process for my LAKE COUNTY SHORT SALE TEAM and I realized that much of the guides and forms are the same for both Short Sales and Loan Modification were the same. I also found some great Hand Books on the internet that are designed to assist home owners in distress do their own Loan Modification Application. We decided that we could help this group of Homeowners with minimal investment of why not! We also realized that many of our Short Sale clients were homeowners that had previously had an unsuccessful Loan Modification experience.

Part Two: Perhaps even more importantly...we feel that it is our responsibility to be part of the solution. I feel that the "Housing Crisis" is like a natural's no time to stand around and talk about the's time to roll up your sleeves and help.

And so, help is what we offer. Free handouts, tip sheets, sample hardship letters, checklists and information guides. We also offer free photocopying, scanning, faxing and proofreading. We also offer free consultation and someone who will listen in a non-judgmental environment. The end of the Housing Crisis is a benefit for all of us and like a natural disaster...if it is not brought to an end, it will continue to spread.

If you or someone you know is having trouble making their mortgage payment...give us a call 707-520-4265. We are in the business of PREVENTING FORECLOSURES...One Home at a Time!

Hank, I love your attitude.  What a great idea to help homeowners.  Many really need help right now and I'm sure they may not know where to turn.  Applying for loan mod is overwhelming.  Keep up the good work!
