More of the same as the strong buyers market continues but we have again seen a drop in inventory which is welcome. This is possibly due to many listings expiring and not re-listing at this time of the year which is generally a slower time in our area. Buyers still have a great selection to choose from but it's encouraging to see the drop in inventory.
Great interest rates continue and I can't imagine a better time for buyers/investors in a position to purchase than now. Come see what all gorgeous Western NC has to offer.
