Daily TBWS Market Report - 1/7/11

Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Birchwood Realty, Inc.

Good Morning...Here is today's market update from the Think Big Work Small Guys.   Today the boys are all over the place in their discussions:  Mortgage Loan Modifications outpaced foreclosures last month, foreclosures at 1.6 million - foreclosures at 1 million, these figures may not be correct due to the foreclosure freeze a few months ago; Michelle Bauchman introducing a bill to repeal the Frank-Dodd bill; Home Insurance prices increased from 2000 to 2007 67% while improvement cost did not have the same increase - if insurance increases were based on home values than why have their cost not gone down since home values have dropped so significantly.

Have a great day.
