Shaq on Letterman talking about living in Sudbury, MA

Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty

Earlier this week, Shaquille O'Neal was on The David Letterman Show.
Shaq has such a great sense of humor...his timing and delivery is incredible.
He and Dave had a chemistry...pretty funny!

So, when Shaq signed on to play with the Celtics this year, he said he Googled Big House Outside Boston.
He came up with the 10 acre compound he purchased in Sudbury.  He loves it...wild turkeys, wild foxes, wild bears.  OK, well we can go with turkeys and foxes...bears are a bit of a stretch, but far be it from me to tell Shaq he doesn't see wild bears in Sudbury.
I think Shaq found a really wonderful place to live in his Big House Outside Of Boston.
Sudbury is a charming community, rooted deeply in history.  Sudbury is one of the older towns in the New England area, being incorporated in 1639, and it has one of the oldest and longest running open meeting forms of government.

More importantly, it is a wonderful place to live in 2011.  The combination of that wonderful New England charm, easy access to major roadways and Boston, and sought after school system, no wonder so many want to live there!
The past 3 months have seen robust sales activity, and with the spring market upon us, there are still many opportunities to take advantage of historic low interest rates!
If Sudbury hasn't been on your radar, perhaps it's time to discover this wonderful gem of a community.

Sudbury IS a great town and I'm glad Shaq selected it. One of the very special benefits Sudbury has to offer is the extensive system of bicycle paths throughout the town that benefits both drivers and cyclists. Great post. Thank you.
