I was reading a blog this morning from a 'newbie' which really made me start thinking about how valuable blogging is...if you stick with it!

1. It is invaluable learning what you agents are thinking and going through on a daily basis.

2. Posting my listings here has been wonderful in regards to you agents sending me clients... or showing my sellers the good exposure they are receiving.

3. The Google exposure is phenomenal!

4. It is a de-stresser and I have many a laugh here....as well as some 'the light bulb just came on' moments.

Some days I don't have anything new to add and other days I want to post multiple blogs! But I always have comments to make on someone's post, I have to check my regular bloggers and my 15-30 minutes are well spent.
