The Foxcroft and Foxcroft East Communities are full of rich Charlotte history. Morrocroft Farms, a working dairy farm, owned by the Harris family, was sold and developed in the 1940’s. The community was then, and remains, one of the most sought-after areas in Charlotte. Foxcroft, the tip of Myers Park, is nestled comfortably between Eastover and SouthPark.

The water fountains seem to have generated a greater sense of community within Foxcroft while simultaneously enhancing the community as a whole. The Foxcroft Homeowners Association is now maintaining the permanent water fountain in the Foxcroft neighborhood on the grounds near the tennis courts. The FHOA’s mission is to improve the neighborhood and increase the values of homes in Foxcroft Charlotte NC, a highly sought-after community, in which the residents are so very proud to live and play.
FHOA teamed with Foxcroft Swim and Racquet Club and completed another project - establishing the Susan Phelps Memorial Garden, and the preservation and enhancement of the neighborhood including permanent wooden benches and a lovely garden near the tennis courts. Foxcroft Hills, in the heart of the Foxcroft neighborhood, is situated on 13 private acres and is one of Charlotte’s oldest and most active clubs.
