Calling all Active Rainers - I'd love some feedback please :)

Real Estate Agent

Happy Friday everyone!

If anyone can give me their thoughts on this - it would be greatly appreciated!

I'm giving a presentation at the end of the month to about 70 REALTORS. I have 30 minutes and the goal is to have it it filled with valuable and interesting information. I'd love to hear your opinion on what you'd like to hear about.

I know what sort of information I'd like to share - but it's not all about me - what do my clients want to learn about? Twitter/Facebook/Social Media? QR codes? Going paperless? Innovative marketing tips? I DEFINITELY will be giving Active Rain a shout out - that's a no brainer..

I just don't want to overwhelm anyone or bore them to death..

I have some time to prepare but thought that I should the wheels turning - once it's done - I'll make sure I post my presentation here and share with you all!

So - if you could give me your top three topics that you'd be interested in learning more about - that would be amazing!

Make it a great day all! Thanks for reading!

With so many buyers starting with the Internet before going to a Realtor, I'd stress that on-line photos and a #1 priority in today's market.

Emily--Wow!  Where do I start? Be there.

  • Anyone in sales or service industry needs to be on the web.
  • Don't belabor who you are.  Rather tell them what you can do for them.  How can you make their life easier, better, etc.
  • Be social on socila media site without being foolish.  Would your physician play Farmville? or give you Kisses via the computer?

Let us know what you include in your presentation.  I will subscribe to your blog.

Emily good for you - keeping 70 agents bright eyed and bushy tailed should be fun.  I teach quite a bit as well and they all want to learn about social media, the 'how to's' and how to keep it simple and fit it into a schedule.  I also get requests for how to pull many sites together and make them work seemlessly.

Profit from my two decades of experience

Emily~good question, I've been to many tech presentations and have found all levels of experience in the audience which makes it a little tougher to prepare for. I think SM is very engaging as well as building your individual profile up for Google indexing. Keep us posted.
