EXIT Realty Premier - Tupelo, MS Real Estate

Industry Observer with Living in the Pacific

The goal of the ACRE program is about growing trained real estate consultants
who can offer quality, transparent choices to the consumer, both in the services that they can receive and how those services can be paid for.  We know and communicate to the consumer that their highest value is that of a fiduciary: providing guidance, judgment and representation, not a funtionary that simply completes tasks. Taking listings, placing signs and lockboxes on properties, taking photos, and making MLS entries are examples of functionary tasks that many real estate agents take for granted as the scope of their job.

Our goal is to elevate the awareness of the consumer and to be the symbol for excellence in real estate consulting in Tupelo, Mississippi. Professional real estate agents are at a crossroads in our industry and real estate is going through temendous change. In response to an economic driven consumer backlash against traditional practices that not only challenges our commission-based compensation, but challenges our very value as professionals, I have instructed our agents to re-train, get out of their comfort zone and break-in a new pair of shoes.

Beginning immediately, EXIT Realty Premier in Tupelo will begin offering a menu of services with options to the consumer. From commission-based services to fee-for-service options to consulting, it really isn't one size fits all anymore.

The revolutionary growth in the technology we use today is transforming our industry. We are no longer real estate sales people. We are marketing experts who happen to have a real estate license. We will concentrate more on our fiduciary responsibilities to our clients while providing superior service for a reasonable fee. It's time the consumer should only pay for the services they actually use.
