I am crazy about Active Rain members. Today I spoke with Dave Krichmar from Sugar Land, Texas. After some comments on his post, he took the time out to call me and give me some additional information on 203K and Repair Financing. It is so hard to find someone who can explain how the process works that I have requested our local Realtor Association see if perhaps we can have a class on the subject. I was surprised that a home doesn't necessarily have to be habitable (i.e. sinks & toilets missing) to qualify for a mortgage with 203K financing. I am excited to learn more and become a source of information for my clients on this subject. Thanks Dave!
