Look Who's Yelping:

 1/4/2011   First to Review

We used Ron Holborn to list our family home in Orange
County, and were very pleased with the results.  He was very professional,
knowledgeable, and sensitive to our families needs and feelings regarding the
sale.  He had all the referrals and resources we needed to take care of any work
that needed to be done.

The house sold quickly, and he stayed on top of
things during the entire escrow, making sure that all of the problems and
glitches were resolved, and everything was kept moving along until close.

This is an unsolicited review, and we did not know Ron prior to using
him.

So true so true. I have a friend right now who is starting to deal with probate on a house in Angels Camp CA. He is going to try to bare the load himself and I have tried to get him to find someone who has some experience in the probate world. Do you have any basic suggestions I could pass on to him? Thanks.
