I don't live or work in Massachusetts but the ruling by the State Supreme Court against Wells Fargo and U.S. BanCorp will likely make the whole foreclosure process a prickly process nationwide. I am unable to explain this better than the article so here it is for you to read and decide.

Tom, I skimmed the article and all I have to say it just keeps getting worse. I am glad the judge upheld the law and the banks have gotten away with enough.
