46 price reductions...for the week; that's quite a few.  It looks like your market is similar to ours...we are averaging about 90 days compared to your 95. Hang in there, it will get better!

I'm chalking the price reductions up to being because of the new year Cindy.  Yes, it will get better...have to keep reminding myself it's a marathon not a sprint!

Anita, Interesting report on the Houston Cty Ga Housing Market. Looks like the average listing to sold price are pretty close so it looks like the houses are priced right!
