Hi Bob~  My clients appreciate the fact that I tactfully tell them like it is.  They hire us for honesty and if that isn't what they are expecting, they don't need to hire me.

Well said, and I am going to use the line from you in my business dealings.  As a loan officer, especially in todays world, there are "uncomfortable" conservations that I have to have with folks.  The truth can be painful sometimes, and I certainly do not want hearing the truth to be offensive to anyone, just necessary!  Thanks Bob!  Deb - The Mortgage Lady
